Getting Here

Toitoi is located on Hastings St South in the block between Heretaunga St East and Eastbourne St East. There are a number of on and off-street parking areas just a short walk from the theatre, which are free of charge in the evenings.

Tickets and Seating

Toitoi's Box Office for ticket sales is in the Hastings isite and visitor information centre, which is an agency for Eventfinda. The isite is on Heretaunga Street East, inthe Toitoi Municipal Building. Our lovely ticketing crew would love to help you with tickets for events here at Toitoi and nationwide.

Accessibility

At Toitoi, we’re proud to be an inclusive and diverse venue. We have allocated accessible seats for each show, however these vary for different performances. We recommend accessible seats are booked at the Box Office so we can make sure we’re meeting all your needs ahead of time.

Parking

There are pay and display parking areas on the corner of Heretaunga and Hastings Streets East, on Queen Street East, and opposite Opera Lane, in the Baker Tilly Staples Rodway carpark. The leased parks in the Baker Tilly parking area are also available to Toitoi patrons after-hours.

If you need accessible carparks, there are two on Eastbourne Street, which are free of charge. On-street parking in Hastings CBD is pay and display during business hours, and free after hours.

Keeping you, your friends and whānau safe while you are at Toitoi - Hawke's Bay Arts & Events Centre is always our top priority. With that in mind, here is what you can expect when you come to Toitoi, from when you first arrive to when you say ‘Ka kite anō’ at the end of the night.
