HBAF 2022 - Rebel

HBAF 1170x504px Rebel

Rebel is a live circus rock tribute to the original rebel, David Bowie. Stage dive into the mosh pit for a night of live music, glittering glam rock, phenomenal acrobatics, breathtaking aerials and a spectacular heart-stopping sideshow.

Inspired by the words of Bowie: "I want to tart rock up. I don't want to climb out of my fantasies in order to go up on stage – I want to take them on stage with me.” Rebel combines live music, circus and comedy to bring Bowie’s incredible body of work to life, capturing his unique aesthetic that broke ground and inspired generations.

Headlined by the incredible, multi-award winning Stewart Reeve, and featuring a rockstar band of artists from across artistic genres, Rebel is a non-stop circus and rock and roll party!

“Glam rock and roll cabaret with heart stopping physical feats, a costume selection to die for and enough talent to make you sick” - We Know Melbourne

“Glitz, glamour, fashion and passion” - Eventalaide

“A fully rounded packed show for all ages” - Stage Whispers

“Stewart Reeves nails Bowie’s particular vocal style and stage presence. He really carries the audience along the rollercoaster of music and performance” - College Adelaide

“Filled with acrobatics, circus tricks, excellent music, outrageous costumes and fun, Rebel is a reliably enjoyable night for Bowie-lovers and new-comers alike” - College Adelaide
