Shane is Dane’s sidekick – the Robin to Dane’s Batman, if you will. He’s actually the backbone of the technical team and will be your main point of contact for your technical needs once your contract has been signed.

Leni is our resident operations manager and head kaitiaki of our beautiful heritage buildings. She ensures Toitoi's bars are well-stocked, rooms are set correctly and that our physical spaces are in perfect condition.

Once you’ve got a date and a contract locked in, Chelsea is the magic that makes your event happen. She pulls together all the details, ensuring you have everything (and everyone) you need. She's also our dedicated weddings event manager, ensuring every detail for your big day is perfect. Not surprisingly, she loves a list!

Monique is our our Ticketing and Event Coordinator and is a superstar behind the scenes, juggling ticketing and supporting event logistics like a pro. She’s the one who helps to keep the Presenter Services team on track with a smile. Whether it’s sorting out seating maps or handling last-minute details, Monique’s got it covered with her signature flair.

If Ebony worked at an agency, she would be like your favourite graphic designer, art director and stylist, all rolled into one talented wahine. She keeps a discerning eye on all things Toitoi design and directs our creative photo and video shoots.

Sarah is our office angel - making sure we have all the stationery and equipment we need and that we're saving our documents in the right place. She keeps us in order with her quiet, but firm, ways and her cheeky sense of humour. She also moonlights as a Toitoi Front of House Manager!

Charlie started with us as a Gateway student, learning how to be a tech while still at high school. Since then he's grown in his role and now works for us fulltime. While Charlie will tell you he's most comfortable backstage, we've seen him shine on stage at Toitoi, too!

Cosmo is one of our talented technical all-rounders - you're just as likely to find him packing in gear, as you are setting a room or behind a sound or lighting desk. Cosmo also writes and directs short films in his spare time.

Mary, or Nugget as she prefers to be called, is our newest Operations Assistant. Between Desi and Nuggie they are the perfect odd couple, making sure that Toitoi is gleaming from top to bottom, while having a great laugh at the same time. Like Desi, Nuggie is one of our unsung heroes, so make sure you say hi when you see her out and about at Toitoi.
