Once you’ve got a date and a contract locked in, Lara is the magic that makes your event happen. She pulls together all the details, ensuring you have everything (and everyone) you need. She's also our dedicated weddings event manager, ensuring every detail for your big day is perfect. Not surprisingly, she loves a list!

Sarah is our office angel - making sure we have all the stationery and equipment we need and that we're saving our documents in the right place. She keeps us in order with her quiet, but firm, ways and her cheeky sense of humour. She also moonlights as a Toitoi Front of House Manager!

Custodian
Gos is one of Toitoi's safest pairs of hands, embodying manaakitanga and kaitiakitanga in all he does. Gos takes care of our day-to-day maintenance, making sure all your seats are lined up perfectly and that our facilities are clean and welcoming at all times.
Technician
Hugh has been part of the Toitoi team since he was just 14! He's taller now, with more hair, and is usually tasked with delivering tech for your events. Our clients adore Hugh, as do we, and we have no doubt you'll feel the same once you've had him work on your event.

Charlie started with us as a Gateway student, learning how to be a tech while still at high school. Since then he's grown in his role and now works for us fulltime. While Charlie will tell you he's most comfortable backstage, we've seen him shine on stage at Toitoi, too!

Cosmo is one of our talented technical all-rounders - you're just as likely to find him packing in gear, as you are setting a room or behind a sound or lighting desk. Cosmo also writes and directs short films in his spare time.

Aileen is a gentle force within our technical team. She keeps everyone on track with her diligent work ethic - whether she's setting up or stage managing events. Whatever tech your event needs, Aileen is all over it.

Cam is another key member of our technical team and a skilled all-rounder. When he's not working on events at Toitoi, he also volunteers with Fringe in the 'Stings and community theatre productions.
