Once you’ve got a date and a contract locked in, Chelsea is the magic that makes your event happen. She pulls together all the details, ensuring you have everything (and everyone) you need. Charlie started with us as a Gateway student, learning how to be a tech while still at high school. Since then he's grown in his role and now works for us fulltime. While Charlie will tell you he's most comfortable backstage, we've seen him shine on stage at Toitoi, too!

Mary, or Nugget as she prefers to be called, is our newest Operations Assistant. Between Desi and Nuggie they are the perfect odd couple, making sure that Toitoi is gleaming from top to bottom, while having a great laugh at the same time. Like Desi, Nuggie is one of our unsung heroes, so make sure you say hi when you see her out and about at Toitoi.
