Tickets and Seating

Toitoi's Box Office is in the Hastings isite and visitor information centre, which is an agency for Eventfinda, and can be found in the Toitoi Municipal Building on Heretaunga St East. Our lovely ticketing crew would love to help you with tickets for events here at Toitoi and nationwide, either in person or over the phone. You can also purchase Toitoi tickets at the Havelock North isite, or right here on our website. 

Box Office hours (except for public holidays):

Our Box Office is also open for an hour before every show at Toitoi, with our team happy to offer advice or answer any questions you may have. They’re always ready with hot tips on great upcoming shows and the best ways to get around our various venues.

Service and Transaction fees

We believe in being straight up, so here is all the information you need on our transaction and service fees when booking tickets for Toitoi shows. 
There is a standard service fee on each ticket you purchase, as follows:

Transaction fees only apply should you wish to have your tickets posted to you. A standard courier is $4 per transaction and rural courier is $6 per transaction.

Credit card charges may also apply and vary per event, but usually there is an additional cost for this. You can use your debit or eftpos card at the Box Office to avoid these charges.

You can book tickets for Toitoi shows over the phone by calling the isite on 06 877 9600. They are more than happy to answer any questions you may have about shows, can offer advice on seating and any other venue queries you may have.

Seating

At Toitoi, most of our shows have allocated seating, however some will be general admission, so be sure to check your tickets carefully when booking.

The Stalls is our ground floor seating area, the Dress Circle is our first-floor seating area, and the Grand Circle is our second-floor seating area. 

We have allocated accessible seats for each show, however these vary for different performances. We recommend accessible seats are booked through our Box Office so we can make sure we’re meeting all your needs ahead of time.
