Join 13 local artists, across a range of disciplines, as they explore what it is to be from, live and play in Heretaunga.

Heretaunga Stories is about capturing our talented local creatives' unique responses to living in our diverse community - our people, our places, our culture and our identity - while they tell relevant and current stories of what matters at this exact moment in time.

Over three nights, the first at the Hastings City Art Gallery and the others at Toitoi, each artist will explore new work and new stories, in a short format. From actors and story-tellers, to sculptors, photographers and film-makers, Heretaunga Stories will be diverse in content and delivery, ensuring something to entertain everyone in the whānau.

Come along and experience what it means to be here, in Heretaunga, through another's eyes, free of charge.
